After watching the final episode of The Voice Nigeria, Season 1 – with Waje, Tuface Idibia, Timi Dakolo and Patoranking as judges – one thing is clear for sure – Nigerians have talent, joh. Watch some of the best performances from the night + find out who won, after the jump.
First, let me be verrrryyyy honest with you. The Voice Nigeria launched back in April of this year (2016) but I didn’t get on it in time. In fact, the first time I sat down to watch the show was the Season Finale! But if it’s the only evidence of something good – it’s enough because the contestants were great. And the judges – 2baba aka Tuface Idibia, Waje, Patoranking and Timi Dakolo – were too entertaining.
While A’rese from Team Waje ended up winning, I’m sure we’ll end up seeing some of the other contestants out and about in entertainment. Especially Brenda, from Team2Baba. Homegirl’s rendition of Ojuelegba was EVERYTHING.
A Few of the Voice Nigeria finale highlights below:
Brenda(Team2Baba) performing “Ojuelegba:
#Lit
A’rese (TeamWaje) performing “Hallelujah”:
Beautiful
Chike (TeamPatoranking) singing “Mama”
Team2Baba performing “The Devil is a Liar”
TeamWaje singing “Omini Knowest”
