Welcome to the first edition of Giist’s Super Saturdays. Each weekend, I’ll publish a curated list of all the best Afrobeats, R&B, Afro Hip Hop and Dancehall songs that have come out for the week. It feels like there are 5000 new songs out each week. Some of them are meh – just okay. Others are the joints you want on your playlist IMMEDIATELY. Each Saturday, Giist will publish a list of those type songs – the very best Afrobeats, Afro Hip Hop, R&B and Dancehall music coming out of Nigeria, Ghana, UK, US and everywhere West African music pops.
