Okay, AY. The comedian and actor has some pretty big names from the American and Naija movie scene starring in his new movie, 30 Days in Atlanta. Find out who’s in it and watch the official trailer after the jump.
A release date hasn’t been set yet but folks are already buzzing about AY’s first produced film, 30 Days in Atlanta. The movie stars a slew of recognizable names from Nigeria, Ghana and America including: AY himself (as the lead, Akpos), Ramsey Nouah (as Akpo’s IT expert cousin), Vivica A Foxx, Lynn Whitfield, Uti Nwachukwu, Karlie Redd, Richard Mofe Damijo, Desmond Elliot, Rachael Oniga, Mercy Johnson (as Akpo’s boo back home), Adah Ameh, Kesse Jabari, Majid Michel and Juliet Ibrahim. It was directed by Robert Peters.
The general giist of the plot is a Warri boy (Akpos) wins a contest and gets a free trip to Atlanta. He decides to take his cousin, an IT expert, along with him on the trip. What ensues is adventure, love, foolishness, humor and more. Watch the movie’s official trailer below:
