I’ve been listening to Jay Z’s new album MCHG since it dropped on the 4th. Lyrically, he’s done better (see reasonable doubt and all of the blueprint albums) but PRODUCTION WISE? Fire. Best ever. Take a full listen to all 59 minutes of greatness after the click.
“Lola, what are your favorite tracks on the album?” Oh, glad you asked. Tom Ford goes hard. I’ll probably play that 50 more times this week. Heaven, loved that. On the Run with Bey, of course because Mrs. Carter is amazing. The interlude, Versus, was good. And Jay Z Blue. Yes, that one is a winner.
