Through her lawyers, Toke Makinwa served her husband of two and a half years, Maje Ayida, with divorce papers citing adultery, cruelty and irreconcilable differences as her grounds for the marriage dissolution. In the docs, she not only named him, but she also named the woman he cheated on her with, Anita Solomon, who ended up actually having a baby for Toke’s husband.
